Kim Kardashian is a businesswoman, reality television star, beauty mogul, and all-round pop culture icon. But, theNew York Postchose to describe the woman at the helm of a multi-million dollar empire as "Kim Thong Un" on its heinous front cover.

"TRUMP MEETS RUMP" and "THE OTHER BIG ASS SUMMIT" are the words emblazoned across the front page in all-caps white lettering.

Yep, that's three mentions of Kim Kardashian's butt on one front cover.

The event these wildly sexist and reductive words are describing? Kim Kardashian went to the White House to meet with President Donald Trump to discuss prison reform. Her attendance at the White House had nothing whatsoever to do with underwear or any parts of her body, despite the language used on the front page.

The tabloid's publisher and CEO, Jesse Angelo, tweeted a message of thanks to the "awesome newsroom team" behind the headline, alongside a message for the internet. "Also—you're welcome, Internet," he wrote.

Two words, Angelo: Keep it!

As many have since pointed out on Twitter, Kardashian used her fame and influence to talk to the president about a topic that deserves, and urgently needs, more attention: prison reform.

Kardashian's meeting with POTUS occurred after months of conversation with Jared Kushner, per Vanity Fair. Kardashian asked Trump to pardon Alice Marie Johnson, a 63-year-old great-grandmother serving life in prison for a first-time drug offence.

The front cover has—rightly—been met with criticism on social media. Some have called the move "mean spirited" given Kardashian's presence in the White House as an advocate.

"I'm not surprised you talk about a woman as if she's not a real person," one Twitter user said.

Do better, indeed.
