Stepping onto campus during your freshman year of college can be overwhelming — especially when it comes to meeting your randomly selected roommates for the first time.

Incoming UCLA freshman Winnie Chen had quite the dramatic introduction to her third roommate via email, and things were far from the standard "Hi! Where are you from!?" sort of messages.

Chen let a screenshot of the email explain it all.

The unnamed student begins the exchange accusing the other two of ignoring her previous emails before listing out a series of demands. "...I'm not going to settle for anything less than what I'm gonna tell you that I'm gonna get once I arrive in the dorm," she wrote, listing the top bunk, desk near the window, white closet as hers and hers only.

"Sorry but not that sorry for the attitude," she said. "...I decided to make it clear now on the kind of person I am and what I will and will not take."

Chen's other roommate, Guistinna Tun, responded to the email, calling her out with a succinct list of everything that rubbed them the wrong way.

In response, the horrific roommate essentially called herself "a ticking time bomb" with anger issues that she was trying to work on in college.

"So, now that I've said a little more about myself and my piece on the situation, if you'd like to request another roommate that's fine," she wrote, also saying she was not a people person. "But if not that's cool too, I'd appreciate if you would take the top bunk with the desk underneath (lol)."
